1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will replace the item or offer a refund at no additional cost.

2. Size Exchanges

We accept size exchanges for unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the original item is received, we will send the requested size.

Size exchanges are limited to the same item (different size only) and are subject to availability.

3. Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items not in original condition

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For physical goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For services, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was agreed. If the withdrawal deadline falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day. This right applies only where required by applicable EU consumer law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by a clear statement. You may do this by using the Withdraw Contract button/form available in the footer of our website, or by contacting us at:

If you use the online withdrawal form on our website, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay. EU Directive 2023/2673 specifically allows businesses to direct consumers to an online withdrawal function and says customers should receive acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email.

To help us locate your order, please include your name, email address, order number, order date, and the item or items you wish to withdraw from.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments we received from you for the withdrawn item or items, including the standard delivery cost where required by applicable law. We may not refund additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever happens first, where permitted by applicable law.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us that you are withdrawing from the purchase.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or unless applicable law requires otherwise. EU consumer guidance says customers can be responsible for return postage during the cooling-off period if they were informed of that responsibility before purchase.

Returned goods should be unused, in their original condition where possible, and packaged appropriately. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, where permitted by applicable law.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products or services. Depending on what you purchased, exceptions may include:
Goods made to order or clearly personalized
Perishable goods
Sealed audio, video, or software products that have been unsealed after delivery
Digital content that you started downloading or streaming after expressly agreeing to lose the right of withdrawal
Fully performed services, if you expressly agreed that performance would begin immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal once the service was fully performed
Concert tickets, event tickets, hotel bookings, catering, or other leisure services for a specific date or period
These are common exceptions listed in EU consumer guidance.

For eligible purchases, EU customers may use the Withdraw Contract button located in the footer of our website to submit a withdrawal request electronically. This button/form is intended only for exercising the EU right of withdrawal and is separate from our general return, exchange, or customer support process.
